Role Overview
Inside Sales Executives are pivotal to our continued growth and success. As a rapidly growing business, we are looking for new people to join our Inside Sales team and help us grow even further. This is transactional telesales where you will be authorising costs, booking engineer visits in and contracting customers over the phone and via email.
Key Tasks
- Making outbound sales calls using leads generated through our digital marketing team and also developing your own pipeline of customers
- Managing new and existing customer accounts
- Developing sales opportunities in partnership with your field sales colleagues
- Meeting/exceeding dynamic KPIs set within the contact centre
Knowledge And Skills
- Confident and effective communicator
- Collaborative and positive outlook
- Knowledge of all Microsoft office applications
- Knowledge of what JLA has to offer on compliance
Experience
- Experience of outbound lead generation / telesales
- Experience of transactional sales, closing/winning sales (preferably on the phone)
- Experience of working in a customer‑centric position over the phone
- Experience in account management
- Have worked in a commercially driven environment
