JLA has been providing critical assets and services to a range of businesses and sectors including Care Homes, Hospitals, Schools, and Hotels for over 50 years. These assets and services are crucial in supporting customers with their Laundry, Catering, Heating, Fire Safety, Infection Control, and Air Conditioning. The company offers a unique, all-inclusive package called Total Care, this rental model allows customers to make a single monthly payment, to receive brand new equipment, and have maintenance costs taken care of.

Role overview

The Campaign Effectiveness Manager will play a crucial role in driving marketing performance and accountability. You will design and deliver robust campaign measurement frameworks, ensuring that every marketing initiative is evaluated for customer and commercial impact. This is a key analytical role bridging marketing strategy, analytics, and business growth. You will act as the link between marketing strategy and commercial delivery, partnering closely with Commercial Finance, CRM, and Sales to ensure that campaigns deliver the right message, to the right customers, through the right channels.

Key tasks

  • Develop and implement campaign performance frameworks, KPIs, and ensure consistent reporting.
  • Conduct post campaign analyses to identify insights, ROI, and growth opportunities.
  • Present campaign performance dashboards to marketing and senior leadership, highlighting successes and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with CRM, Telemarketing, and Sales Teams to design, launch, and refine campaigns that generate qualified leads and sales appointments.
  • Use customer segmentation and insight to shape campaign targeting and prioritisation ensuring we market for value, focusing investment on high-potential customers, markets, and propositions.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve targeting, channel selection, and messaging effectiveness.
  • Support performance marketing and automation teams in optimising nurture flows and lead scoring to enhance conversion.
  • Build strong relationships with sales teams to ensure feedback from customer interactions directly informs future marketing strategies.
  • Work alongside Commercial Finance to measure campaign ROI, pipeline impact, and cost-effectiveness ensuring accountability for marketing spend.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Proven experience in marketing performance, campaign management, and commercial analytics with a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, pipeline conversion, and campaign ROI.
  • Skilled in campaign measurement, attribution, and ROI analysis.
  • Proficient in tools such as Power BI, Google Data Studio, marketing automation (such as HubSpot, Dotdigital), CRM (such as Salesforce), SQL, and Data Mart.
  • Experience in service-orientated and commercial B2B sectors is an advantage.

Experience

  • 5 years experience in campaign analysis and reporting.
  • 5 years experience in lead generation.
