Role overview
Responsible for the day to day running of small projects and reactive works.
Key tasks
- Reactive maintenance
- Proactive maintenance
- Scheduled Planning of maintenance
- Support Engineers/Liaise with Suppliers to identify required parts for Jobs
- Liaising with Clients to manage the relationship and service
- Provide Technical Assistance to team members in the service team acting as the subject matter expert
- Reduce emissions of F-Gases
- Greater containment and recovery of F-Gases
- Restrictions on the marketing and use of F-Gases in applications where containment is difficult to achieve
- Perform annual checks on all units containing F-Gas and then document the report findings if there are any leaks or problems
- Multiskilled reactive, planned activities.
Service Delivery
- Demonstrate an understanding of what service delivery excellence is for your role, ensuring you deliver the basics right every time and lead a team where service is central to good performance.
Managing Risk
- Awareness of your operational and regulation risks which may impact on your operations.
- Responsibility for reporting to your line manager any risk which may impact the business
Managing Health & Safety
- Liaising with your manager to ensure operations and delivery is in line with the framework set.
Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge VRV,VRF, Multi-split, and Ventilation systems.
- Plumbing experience.
- First Aid Awareness
Experience
- At least 3 years’ experience of working in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning sector
- Proven experience working with Refrigeration and HVAC systems, preferably servicing or fault- finding
- Proven experience working with electrics

- Resourceful, with the ability to work independently
- Aptitude for practical work
- Flexibility in support of the customer and business needs
