The Role
- Lead pre-contract reviews and manage commercial risk
- Work collaboratively with sales, estimating and legal teams
- Provide technical/commercial input across HVAC, fire protection, fire detection, suppression, LAN based security and sprinkler systems
- Ensure proposals and contract terms are commercially sound and compliant

- Strong MEP / Building Services background — essential
- Experience in HVAC, fire suppression, fire detection, LAN based security, or sprinkler systems
- Proven Senior QS or Contract Manager experience
