JL Renewable Solutions are currently supporting a major contractor on the appointment of a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a large-scale warehouse construction project based across the East Anglia region. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing commercial team delivering a significant industrial build project, with an immediate requirement for commercial support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial management of construction and industrial build projects
- Managing subcontractor accounts and valuations
- Cost reporting and forecasting
- Supporting senior leadership with commercial performance reporting
- Managing change control, variations and contractual matters
- Working closely with operational and project delivery teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating at Senior Quantity Surveyor level
- Background within construction, industrial, infrastructure or related project environments
- Strong commercial reporting and cost management experience
- NEC contract experience beneficial
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently within a fast-paced project environment
