An established and growing infrastructure business is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of a strong pipeline of utilities and energy projects across long-term frameworks. The Role
You’ll take a lead commercial role across multiple infrastructure and utility projects, managing commercial performance from pre-construction through to final account. Working closely with operational and delivery teams, responsibilities will include:
- Commercial management of projects and frameworks
- Cost reporting, CVRs and forecasting
- NEC contract administration
- Compensation events and change control
- Subcontractor procurement and account management
- Supporting operational teams to manage risk and maximise value
- Client and stakeholder engagement
- Mentoring/supporting junior commercial staff where required
