The Opportunity
We are recruiting for a leading contractor delivering major SP Energy Networks (SPEN) projects across the Central Belt. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Central Belt Scotland. This role offers hybrid working, long-term security, and the chance to work on large, complex energy and infrastructure projects.
Role Responsibilities
- Commercial management of major SPEN projects (1m - 20m+).
- Assist with contract administration under NEC3 / NEC4.
- Maintain cost control, forecasting, CVRs, and monthly reporting.
- Prepare and negotiate subcontract packages and variations.
- Manage compensation events, risk, and change control.
- Work closely with site teams and engage with SPEN project stakeholders.
- Support valuations, final accounts, and project financial governance.
