We are currently recruiting for an Estimator to join a well-established organisation operating within the water and infrastructure sector. This role will focus on both framework agreements and bespoke project tenders, offering a varied and fast-paced workload.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Estimator who thrives in a deadline-driven environment and is confident producing accurate and competitive tenders across multiple project types.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare cost estimates and tender submissions for water sector projects
- Work across framework agreements and bespoke project opportunities
- Review and interpret technical documentation, drawings, and specifications
- Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather pricing
- Ensure tenders are completed accurately and submitted within required timeframes
- Identify risks, opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives
- Support continuous improvement of estimating processes
- Proven experience as an Estimator within the water, civil engineering, or infrastructure sectors
- Experience working on frameworks and/or project-based tenders
- Strong understanding of pricing, cost planning, and tendering processes
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Hybrid working model (Leicester-based office with flexibility)
