We are currently recruiting for an Estimator to join a well-established organisation operating within the water and infrastructure sector. This role will focus on both framework agreements and bespoke project tenders, offering a varied and fast‑paced workload. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Estimator who thrives in a deadline‑driven environment and is confident producing accurate and competitive tenders across multiple project types.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare cost estimates and tender submissions for water sector projects
  • Work across framework agreements and bespoke project opportunities
  • Review and interpret technical documentation, drawings, and specifications
  • Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather pricing
  • Ensure tenders are completed accurately and submitted within required timeframes
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and cost‑saving initiatives
  • Support continuous improvement of estimating processes

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Estimator within the water, civil engineering, or infrastructure sectors
  • Experience working on frameworks and/or project‑based tenders
  • Strong understanding of pricing, cost planning, and tendering processes
  • Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
