An established and growing infrastructure business is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of a strong pipeline of utilities and energy projects across long-term frameworks. The Role

You’ll take a lead commercial role across multiple infrastructure and utility projects, managing commercial performance from pre-construction through to final account. Working closely with operational and delivery teams, responsibilities will include:

  • Commercial management of projects and frameworks
  • Cost reporting, CVRs and forecasting
  • NEC contract administration
  • Compensation events and change control
  • Subcontractor procurement and account management
  • Supporting operational teams to manage risk and maximise value
  • Client and stakeholder engagement
  • Mentoring/supporting junior commercial staff where required

  • Experience operating at Senior Quantity Surveyor level
  • Strong NEC contract knowledge (NEC3 / NEC4)
  • Utilities, infrastructure, power or civil engineering experience
  • Strong commercial reporting and forecasting capability
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project priorities
  • Collaborative approach with operational and delivery teams
