An established and rapidly growing infrastructure business is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of high voltage (HV), grid connection and utilities projects across the South West. With 100% year-on-year revenue growth and a newly established regional office, this is an excellent opportunity to join a business at a key stage of expansion, offering long-term progression and real influence within the commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full commercial lifecycle across HV / utilities projects
- Negotiate and manage subcontractor packages
- Administer contracts including NEC (3 & 4), Option A/E, FIDIC Yellow Book and bespoke agreements
- Oversee cost control, variations, and change management
- Work closely with operational teams across both civil and electrical elements
- Support commercial reporting and project performance
About You
- Experience operating at Senior QS level (or ready to step up)
- Background in utilities, infrastructure, civils, electrical or industrial projects
- Exposure to grid connections / HV / ICP-type projects is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of commercial processes, contracts, and cost management
