A leading global engineering and building services organisation is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with MEP experience to join its commercial team in Glasgow. This role will focus on the commercial delivery of projects across HVAC, fire suppression and electronic security systems within commercial and infrastructure environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing commercial aspects of MEP projects from tender through to final account
- Preparing valuations, variations and cost reports
- Managing subcontractor procurement and accounts
- Monitoring project costs, forecasting and financial reporting
- Supporting contract administration (NEC / JCT)
Requirements
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within MEP or building services
- Knowledge of HVAC, fire protection, or electronic security systems
- Experience managing subcontractor packages and project cost control
- Understanding of construction contracts
- Full UK driving licence
