At JL PhysioFit, we’re looking for a Client Care Administrator (Front Desk) to join our team in Ponteland. This is a key role in the clinic. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and play a big part in making their experience feel smooth, calm, and well organised from start to finish.
As we continue to grow, we’re investing in our systems and front desk experience — with a strong focus on high-quality service, clear communication, and teamwork.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Communicates confidently and professionally
- Stays calm and organised in a busy environment
- Is open to feedback and focused on improving
- Works well as part of a close-knit team
This role includes a mix of shifts with early starts (8:30 am) and late finishes (6:45 pm) and alternate Saturdays (8–1 pm), totalling 24 per year.
