The ideal candidate will have strong interest in working on M&A and Equity Capital Markets transactions for technology and technology services companies in the public and private markets. As an Analyst, the role requires an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, experience with financial statements and financial modeling and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities Include:
- Financial modeling and analysis
- Preparation of marketing materials for M&A and equity capital raises
- Analyzing industries and assessing competitive dynamics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in Technology Investment Banking
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
