JKS Restaurants are on the lookout for a dedicated and dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to become an integral part of our growing team responsible for two of our Michelin starred restaurants; Legado and Sabor. The successful candidate will be approachable, personable and passionate about the London dining scene. This role will plan and deliver campaigns, digital activity, and brand communications that will drive commercial results, strengthen our brand, and ensure consistency across every venue. Reporting to the Operations Director, you’ll also oversee our Sales & Events Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and proactive Senior Marketing Manager looking for an opportunity in an award winning, critically acclaimed group.
The Position
This is a hands‑on, commercially focused Senior Marketing Manager role leading activity across our restaurant portfolio. You’ll be responsible for delivering campaigns, driving digital performance, and shaping brand presence, ensuring all marketing supports revenue growth and a consistent, high‑quality guest experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns from concept through to launch and review;
- Manage the marketing calendar to keep activity aligned and effective across all channels;
- Lead digital marketing across social, email, website, SEO, paid media, and third‑party platforms;
- Track performance, report on ROI, and use insights to continuously improve results;
- Manage budgets to ensure strong commercial return;
- Act as a brand guardian, overseeing content and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints;
- Support new openings, launches, and brand initiatives;
- Drive sales and events activity, identifying opportunities to grow revenue;
- Manage and support the Sales & Events Manager;
- Collaborate with venue teams, internal stakeholders, and external agencies to deliver campaigns effectively.
