The successful candidate will be friendly, personable and passionate about all things food and drink. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced waiter looking for a new role in an award winning, critically acclaimed group.
The Restaurant: Kitchen Table is a dining experience, where full interaction with the chefs showcases previously unseen kitchen theatre. Guests, seated at a horseshoe‑shaped counter, see James Knappett and his team prepare, serve, and talk diners through that evening’s tasting menu. A wine list curated by award‑winning sommelier (and James’ wife) Sandia Chang completes the experience.
The Position: At Kitchen Table we are looking for our new FOH Expeditor. This role is particular to our restaurant and we believe is the perfect role for any waiters wanting to step up in their career, or even chefs wanting to move to a more Front of House role. The right candidate will be the link between the kitchen and the front of house. The pass will be your total responsibility and you will be in charge of all dietary requirements, timings of dishes being served as well as the organisation of waiters.
