The Ambassadors Club House is seeking a Head Bartender to lead the bar team. The successful candidate will be friendly, personable, and passionate about all things food and drink. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences with personality and flair.
• Lead high‑volume restaurant and bar operations.
• Maintain a creative, detail‑focused drinks list to complement the menu.
• Support training and development of bar staff.
• Collaborate with kitchen team on beverage pairings.

Qualifications & Experience

• Prior experience as a Bartender in a fast‑paced high‑volume restaurant or bar.
• Eagerness to roll sleeves up and get stuck in.
• A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail.
• Passion for beverage, food and hospitality, and continuous learning.
• Desire to develop career within an ambitious, trend‑setting restaurant group.
