We're looking for a talented Bartender to join our team. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an ambitious Bartender to play a key role in a dynamic & growing restaurant group with big plans ahead. You would be joining a driven and passionate team. Awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand across two locations, Berenjak is an exciting group of Persian restaurants with three locations in the UK (Soho, Borough Market, Soho Farmhouse) and four internationally (UAE, Qatar and New York, LA).
Berenjak Mayfair is the brand's flagship new opening located at 80 Duke Street, a moment's walk from Grosvenor Square in the heart of Mayfair. The design direction is inspired by Grandad's villa in the North of Iran; a space that feels homey and relaxed but also elegant and mature whilst the service style focuses on genuine, warm hospitality and memorable guest experiences.
Guests can expect a mix of classic Berenjak classic Mazeh, Kababs and Khoresht with the addition of new elevated diverse regional Persian dishes. The beverage offering will draw a new focus to premium drinks options exclusively curated for the Duke Street location including new signature cocktails and an expanded wine selection.
The right Bartender will be passionate and knowledgeable about wine, spirits and cocktails, and have a good background in high volume restaurants and bars, whilst holding themselves to the highest standards and delivering an exceptional experience to our guests.
The Successful Bartender will have:
- Prior experience as a Bartender within a high-quality restaurant or bar;
- Eagerness to improve and grow your own skills;
- A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail;
- Passion for beverage, food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn;
