JKS Restaurants and Plaza Khao Gaeng are seeking Chef de Parties to join their restaurant operations in a brand new opening in central London. The successful candidate will have previous relevant experience and passion for Asian cuisine. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef looking for a new role in an award-winning, critically acclaimed group.

Plaza Khao Gaeng is a Southern Thai restaurant celebrating coast-to-jungle cuisine. Curries, coconut milk, aromatic pastes, fermented fish for depth, and searingly hot stir-fries with cooling herbs feature in the menu. Plaza is inspired by a popular place in Bangkok, set in an old movie theatre with curries displayed in gleaming trays and a welcoming atmosphere that stands out from the street below.

The Position

We\’re looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, creating exceptional dishes and delivering an all-encapsulating guest experience. You will have experience working in a quality kitchen, adhering to standard operating procedures and Health & Safety guidelines. More importantly, we are looking for people who are as passionate about food and hospitality as we are.
