Chaiyo Restaurants are seeking a Beverage Production Assistant to join their team at their Central Production Unit. The successful candidate will be friendly, personable and passionate about all things food and drink. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Beverage Production Assistant or Bartender looking for a new role in an award-winning, critically acclaimed group.

The Position

As a Beverage Production Assistant, you'll play a key role in our Centralised Production Unit (CPU), producing high-quality pre-batched cocktails and beverage components that support multiple restaurants across the group. Working in a fast-paced production environment, you'll ensure exceptional consistency, quality and efficiency while collaborating closely with the Head of Production and wider team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment, has a passion for cocktails and precision, and takes pride in delivering quality at scale.

The successful candidate will:

  • Produce and batch cocktails, syrups, cordials, infusions and other beverage preparations to precise brand specifications;
  • Apply advanced beverage production techniques, including milk washing, forced carbonation, clarification, infusions and other modern cocktail methods to consistently deliver exceptional products;
  • Uphold exceptional quality, consistency and food safety standards throughout the production process;
  • Manage stock, inventory and the preparation of daily deliveries to ensure our restaurants are fully supplied;
  • Operate specialist production equipment, maintain accurate production, yield and cost records, and collaborate with the wider production team to continuously improve processes and support a smooth, efficient operation.
