BAO is looking for an Assistant General Manager to help lead the team with care, consistency, and attention to detail. As Assistant General Manager, you'll play a key role in leading the front of house team day-to-day, helping to create a warm, joyful environment for both guests and staff. You'll work closely with the General Manager to keep operations running smoothly, while building a team culture where people feel supported, confident, and proud of the experience they deliver. What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the GM in the daily running of the restaurant — leading service and managing the pace, energy, and flow of the floor
- Creating memorable guest experiences through warm, thoughtful service
