The Restaurant Hoppers opened the doors to its fourth London restaurant at the Tea Building in Shoreditch. Marking ten years since the launch of its much-loved Soho original, Hoppers Shoreditch is a celebration of flavour, travel, inspiration, storytelling and the start of the next decade of discovery. At Hoppers Shoreditch, the team looks beyond Sri Lanka to the regions that have long influenced much of their cooking – the southern states of India. The menu explores five culinary heartlands from India:

  • Chettinad – fiery nose‑to‑tail curries and deep spice traditions
  • Madurai – famed for its vibrant street food culture
  • Bangalore – where the dosa scene meets modern cocktail bars
  • Kochi – home to comforting dishes rooted in coastal family kitchens
  • Chennai – celebrated for its aromatic biryanis and layered regional classics

Guests can expect to find all Hoppers favourites alongside brand‑new regional dishes from these five key regions, capturing the essence of South India through fresh eyes and dishes never before seen at Hoppers.
