Chaiyo Restaurants, in partnership with JKS Restaurants, is seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef de Partie to help lead an extraordinary new chapter — a landmark fine dining Thai restaurant opening early 2027 in Central London.

The Position

We're looking for an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, creating exceptional dishes and delivering an all-encapsulating experience to our guests. You'll have experience working in a quality kitchen, adhering to standard operating and Health and Safety procedures. More importantly we are looking for people for as passionate about food and hospitality as we are!

• Prior experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie within a fine dining restaurant or 5* hotel environment;
