Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a New Business Development Executive located in Hertford. The role involves tasks such as lead generation, communication, account management, and sales to drive new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
  • Utilise Act (CRM) to track interactions and manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Analyse customer needs and tailor pitches accordingly to maximise engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls made, outcomes achieved, and follow-up actions required.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving conversion rates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with all accounts you win.
