Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll play a key role supporting the coordination, planning, and scheduling of daily project activities. This is a great opportunity for someone studying towards or who has recently completed a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (or related discipline) to build hands-on experience across project management, administration, and reporting in a supportive, hands-on team environment. Based at our Penrith office, working in-office (7am–5pm) Monday to Friday working alongside the Project Management team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support Project Manager(s) with the planning, coordination, and delivery of civil construction projects
- Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and month-end reporting
- Maintain project documentation, registers, day diaries, and contract administration records
- Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders to support project outcomes
- Prepare and process variations, purchase orders, subcontractor agreements, invoices, and progress claims
- Contribute to safety, quality, environmental, and compliance requirements, ensuring project documentation remains up to date
- Provide general project and administrative support across the business while participating in ongoing training and professional development
What You'll Bring

- General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Bachelor in Civil Engineering (completed)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid planning, organising, and problem-solving ability, with confidence reading and interpreting plans
- Working knowledge of OHS, Quality, and Environmental systems
- Computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel and Project — experience with IFS software is a plus
