JK Recruitment Hub is supporting an established Manufacturing company near Dosthill, Tamworth in their search for experienced Production Operatives. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company with many years of success, experiencing significant growth as they continue to produce building materials to distribute worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate different factory/plant machinery
- Support the packaging of finished products
- Support the loading and unloading vehicles
- Quality Assurance checks
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience working within a heavy/industrial based environment and ideally completed roles such as Production Operative, Machine Operator or Labourer based positions
- Be hands on with a can do attitude
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Prepared to train on new machinery
Working Hours:
We are recruiting for a number of positions and have both Day and Night Shifts available.
- x1 Vacancies on Nights - 6pm till 5am
- x3 Vacancies on Days - 6am till 5pm
Working on a 4 shifts On - 4 shifts Off rota pattern.
