We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Manager to take full operational leadership of Adults Residential & Supported Living Services across the Derbyshire region. This is a senior role with responsibility for ensuring the highest standards of care in line with each individual's care plan, company policies, and regulatory requirements. You will play a pivotal role in leading the team, driving improvement, and creating a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for individuals with complex and challenging needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide effective leadership, supervision, and management of all staff including Deputies, Team Leaders, and Support Workers.
  • Ensure compliance, Quality Standards, and CQC requirements.
  • Oversee care planning, risk assessments, progress reviews, and referrals.
  • Monitor and enhance home performance using quality assurance systems and stakeholder feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with external agencies and local authorities.
  • Manage staff rotas, resources, and provide on-call support as required.
  • Drive staff development through training, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Promote safeguarding, equality, diversity, and the emotional well-being of all residents.

Requirements

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in a relevant care setting (essential).
  • Ideally 3 years proven experience managing residential and supported living services for complex needs.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and IT skills.
  • A genuine commitment to continuous improvement, safeguarding, and person-centred care.
