We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. As a Support Worker you will play a crucial role in empowering individuals to live independently, achieve their goals, and enhance their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs.
- Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household duties.
- Encourage positive mental health and emotional well-being through active listening and support.
