Dedicated and compassionate Support Worker responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, autism, or other support needs. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred care and support in accordance with individual care plans.
- Assist service users with daily living activities, including personal care, dressing, bathing, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Support individuals in developing life skills and maintaining independence.
- Accompany clients to appointments, educational activities, community events, and social engagements.
- Administer medication and maintain accurate medication records in line with organisational policies.
