The Role
As a Production Supervisor you’ll be reporting in to the Production Manager to organise and lead a team of operators to ensure high quality goods are produced; with a focus on quality you’ll be working with your team and the Quality Assurance team to ensure that we’re delivering in line with customer production and quality standards.

The production team are a dedicated team that work together to achieve their goals of quality, accountability and right first time. With the spotlight on Production you’ll be at the forefront of the operations team, working on a newly established working pattern of 12 hour day shifts on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The Operations team are leading the business in our exciting period of business growth.
What does a typical day look like?
- You will use your attention to detail to identify and raise quality issues with your Manager, supporting with resolutions as required.
- You will use your communication skills to understand and communicate tasks allocated on the production line with your colleagues and Manager.
- You will use your Teamworking skills to carry out production tasks allocated.
