As a Supply Chain Coordinator you will be a key member of our small, high-performing office team, providing essential support to ensure smooth operations. You’ll receive a warm welcome and continual support with exciting scope for the right candidate to shape the direction of the role, and become an integral part of our future growth plans.

Reporting to the Office Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and updating all accounts and sales orders using spreadsheets and our bespoke trading system.
  • Communicating effectively with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners regarding account queries, deliveries, and general inquiries.
  • Reprocessing and reconciling daily stock data, including participation in regular stock control checks.
  • Supporting the coordination of inbound and outbound logistics operations.
  • Supplier Management: Identifying, evaluating, and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure the best pricing, quality, and service.
  • Purchasing Activities: Placing and tracking purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services and booking all goods received onto our bespoke trading system.
  • Inventory Control: Monitoring stock levels, reordering materials as needed, and participating in regular stock control checks.
  • Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier agreements using spreadsheets and our bespoke trading system.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience within purchasing, logistics and supply chain, or ability to demonstrate transferable skills from a relevant office based role within a B2B environment
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads effectively, and a natural aptitude for taking personal ownership of complex processes and tasks
  • Demonstrable ability to use basic Excel functions to record, manipulate, and report on essential operational data
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an excellent level of numeracy
  • Professional and confident manner, with an ability to build relationships and inspire confidence across a range of both internal and external stakeholders
  • Statutory holidays.
  • Annual bonus based on overall company performance.
