An elite UK law firm is seeking to appoint an experienced, entrepreneurial Technology and Commercial Disputes Partner to join its highly regarded Technology department. This is a rare opportunity to join a firm known for its bold, client-centric approach and commitment to high-value, high-impact work.
The successful candidate will work alongside a market-leading partner whose practice focuses on complex, business-critical technology disputes, as well as broader commercial and corporate litigation with a technology or innovation angle.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be an established partner (or a highly experienced legal director/senior associate ready for partnership)
- Have a strong and active practice focused on technology-related litigation, such as disputes involving IT projects, outsourcing, digital transformation, or emerging technologies
- Bring experience in corporate and commercial disputes, including shareholder disputes, JV fallouts, warranty claims, earn-outs and valuation disputes
- Act for a sophisticated client base, including technology suppliers and users, start-ups and scale-ups, and digital innovators
- Have exposure across sectors such as fintech, healthtech, digital media, life sciences, telecoms, e-commerce and financial services
- Be confident in managing and growing relationships with high-value, fast-growth clients who see legal advice as strategic partnership
