Key Requirements
- Proven track record as a partner (or senior counsel ready for partnership) within a leading IP or disputes practice
- Deep expertise in Standard Essential Patents (SEPs) and FRAND licensing frameworks
- Strong experience in complex, multi-jurisdictional litigation and/or high-stakes licensing negotiations
- Established client relationships and a credible portable following (preferred but not essential)
- Commercial acumen and a strategic mindset, with the ability to contribute to firm leadership and growth
