A leading US law firm with a well-established presence in the London market is seeking to appoint a Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) Partner to further strengthen its international commercial offering. The firm is known for its work with global technology companies, digital media platforms, and telecommunications providers, advising on complex commercial transactions, regulatory matters, and cross-border projects. This hire is a strategic priority, aimed at building out the TMT capability within the London office and complementing the firm’s broader strengths in corporate, IP, data privacy, and regulatory work.
Key Requirements:
- UK-qualified Partner with a strong track record in TMT law
- Extensive experience advising on technology and media-related commercial contracts, platform and content regulation, licensing, and telecoms regulation
- Strong understanding of digital markets, emerging technologies, and sector-specific legal frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to lead on complex, cross-border matters for major clients
- Experience working with clients in technology, media, telecoms, fintech, and digital services
