A leading Media & Entertainment law firm is looking for an ambitious Employment Lawyer (4+ PQE) to help grow its highly regarded Employment practice. This is a rare opportunity to work with clients at the heart of the media, entertainment, sport, technology and creative industries, while playing a genuine role in building the practice.
The work is broad and varied, advising both employers and senior executives on complex HR issues, restructures, executive exits, Employment Tribunal litigation, restrictive covenants and employment aspects of corporate transactions.
This isn't a role for someone who simply wants to service existing clients. The firm is looking for a commercially minded, entrepreneurial lawyer with the ambition to generate work, build relationships and develop their own practice.
You'll ideally have:
4+ years' PQE in employment law. Experience acting for both employers and senior executives. Strong technical skills paired with commercial instinct. A proactive approach to business development and networking. The ambition to progress quickly and play a key role in a growing team.
