We are seeking a skilled and dedicated fully qualified Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems across various sites. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your technical expertise within a dynamic environment, contributing to the efficient operation of HVAC systems. Duties
- Install, commission, and maintain air conditioning units in commercial and residential settings.
- Diagnose faults using schematics and technical manuals, performing repairs as needed.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure systems operate efficiently and safely.
- Repair or replace faulty components, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Assist with construction projects involving HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Keep detailed records of all work carried out, including schematics and technical documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff or apprentices.
Experience
- Proven experience in air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair within commercial or industrial environments.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems and equipment repair techniques.
- Ability to interpret schematics, technical drawings, and manuals accurately.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing or supervising maintenance teams.
- Knowledge of construction processes related to HVAC system installation is desirable.
- Familiarity with building regulations and safety standards relevant to HVAC work.
This role requires a proactive approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- FGas accreditation.
- Full UK driving license.
