The

Role: The Trainee Investment Executive will provide excellent administrative support to a team of Investment Managers to help to deliver good client outcomes.

Work efficiently and effectively with the Investment Management team with daily administration tasks associated with the ongoing monitoring of client investment portfolios.

Working closely with the colleagues within the wider team to ensure the team are fully supported.

The Trainee Investment Executive will be responsible for writing up file notes, drafting letters, arranging client meetings as well as account opening and closing.

The Trainee Investment Executive will make transfer of stock into accounts and payments.

Updating Avaloq with static data.

Producing excel reports via data held on Avaloq.

When required the Trainee Investment Executive will support the Desk, placing trades in Avaloq based on received instructions from other staff on the Desk, ensuring they are executed and booked correctly.

Support Investment Managers with preparation and administration for client pitches and meetings.

The Trainee Investment Executive will assist team with ongoing projects.

Carry out any other relevant duties within the remit of the role and as reasonably directed by management.
