The Role: The Sales Support Associate will assist the Business Development Team in the delivery of nurturing adviser relationships on behalf of the Wealth Management company. This role is a Business Development Client Services support focused role and does NOT require a person who wants to develop towards a BDM role.
The Sales Support Associate supports the Business Development Team to ensure that all sales opportunities are followed up and IFA clients are provided with relevant and timely information, ensuring effective communications with IFAs.
The Sales Support Associate will be confident in working with CRM systems. The Sales Support Associate will maintain the standard due diligence question bank, complete any due diligence requests from financial advisers, and help with the organisation of sales events, selecting venues, tracking invitations and logistics.
The Sales Support Associate will be proactive in developing knowledge of the Wealth Management industry and the IFA market.
