The Role: The Pensions Administrator will work within Employee Benefits Administration and will be the processor of client, provider and adviser queries by email, letter and phone. The Pensions Administrator will be responsible for:
- New joiner processing
- Sending relevant employee benefit invites and actioning any additions, notifying the company of any changes to payroll
- Maintaining the company database, updating and actioning new joiners, leavers, address changes, etc.
- Processing Letters of Authority from clients
- Explaining the transfer process and sending LOAs to providers, keeping the client updated in the meantime
- Generating transfer paperwork and issuing it to employees, updating the transfer tracker, chasing paperwork and keeping the client informed
- Processing Group Personal Pension monthly contributions, actioning new joiners/leavers
- Checking amounts correlate to what they should be, ensuring everyone is auto-enrolled
- Management of internal database
