TheFinancialServicesAdministratorrolewillsuitahighlyprocessdrivenindividualwith1-3yearsexperienceinTeamAdministration,(thiscanbefromAssetManagement,PrivateWealth,InvestmentBanking,ProfessionalServices,Insurance).Someexperienceworkingwithclientsystemswouldbeuseful.
TheFinancialServicesAdministratorwillprovideahighlevelofadministrativesupporttoateamofWealthPlannersandtheirclients,preparingnewaccountpaperworkandLettersofAuthorityforsigning.
TheFinancialServicesAdministratorwillmanagetheteamdiary,roombookings,outlookinvitationsandinvitationstoclientevents.
TheFinancialServicesAdministrator willmanageClientqueriesandattendclientmeetingsonoccasiontotakenotesandfollowuponactions.
TheFinancialServicesAdministratorwillalsohavetheopportunitytolearntheclientsystemsincludingXplanandVoyant.
TheCandidate:
1-2yearsminimumexperiencewithinasimilarAdministrationorClientAdminsupportrole-anyindustry.
