The Role: The Mortgage Administrator will provide administrative support to Mortgage Advisers, by managing applications from the point of mortgage submission through to completion. The Mortgage Administrator will liaise directly with clients, mortgage lenders, solicitors, and any other relevant third parties to update on application progress, answer queries, and obtain additional supporting documentation where required. The Mortgage Administrator will upload case documents to lender portals and will support Mortgage Advisers in collating information/documents in preparation for meetings. The Mortgage Administrator deals with all aspects of work in an efficient and timely manner to facilitate mortgage applications through to completion. The Mortgage Administrator will liaise with lenders and solicitors in relation to mortgage applications, dealing with client calls and emails.
The Candidate: At least 1-2 years minimum experience in Mortgage Administration. Previous work experience in the mortgage administration market.
