The Company: An established and widely known Wealth Management firm servicing Investment Management needs to High-Net-Worth Clients The Role: The Investment Administration Assistant will provide excellent administrative support to Investment Managers to help to deliver good client outcomes. The Investment Administration Assistant will work under the management of the Investment Assistant Manager to support various Portfolio Management teams with daily client administration tasks associated with the ongoing monitoring of client portfolios. The Investment Administration Assistant will work closely with the Investment Assistant on the desk to ensure the team are fully supported -writing up file notes, drafting client letters, arranging private client meetings The Investment Administration Assistant will be responsible for client Account opening and Transfer of stock into accounts and payments. When required the Investment Administration Assistant will support the Investment Management Desk, placing trades in Avaloq based on received instructions from other staff on the Investment Management Desk, ensuring they are executed and booked correctly. Support Investment Managers with preparation and administration for client pitches and meetings The Investment Administration Assistant Will also be involved in assisting the team with ongoing projects. The Candidate 1-2 years private client administration, client support experience within investment management or wealth management. Ideally level 3 CISI qualification (or equivalent) or commitment to achieve within an agreed timeframe - IOC or IAD Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint Good working knowledge of Avaloq - would be useful! Excellent customer service skills Ability to work unsupervised Good organisational skills Excellent interpersonal, team working and influencing skills
