Head of Product Management, Senior Product Manager, Investment Funds, Asset Management Our client is a global asset management firm with international exposure in banking, financial planning, and investment management. This Head of Product Management / Senior Product Manager role would suit an experienced professional with at least 10 years of asset management/fund management product management experience. The ideal candidate is dynamic, driven, highly organized, and enjoys working autonomously in a busy environment, owning the product management process from start to finish. The Senior Product Management team is the central hub for product-related initiatives and project work within the asset management firm, with interactions with senior stakeholders and teams worldwide. The Head of Product Management / Senior Product Manager manages the product infrastructure platform, focusing on projects to shape the platform\’s operation. This role involves acting as secretary to the Investment Funds Product Committee on a quarterly basis and overseeing fund performance through a sub-committee. The candidate will communicate effectively with Group Investment Product Committees and chair regular updates for internal stakeholders, supporting product development initiatives, including building new funds and modifying existing offerings to support business growth and regulatory compliance. The role includes contributing to Consumer Duty reporting and completing AIFMD regulatory reports quarterly. Responsibilities also encompass data management, overseeing EMT, EPT, EET, TPT production and publication, managing monthly factsheets, and KID/KIID production. The role requires oversight of dynamic data publication (NAVs, GAVs), OCFs, dividends, and holdings data, ensuring accurate publication across systems and vendors. The candidate will serve as the contact point for client tax reporting, handling queries from cross-border lawyers regarding share class setup and data requests. The Senior Product Manager reports to Asset Management Boards, Mancos, and other global stakeholders. 7-10 years of senior product management experience within asset management or investment management, specifically with multi-asset fund products. Experience working on offshore platform products. A solid understanding of the regulatory framework.
