TheClientServicesAssociatewillconfidentlyundertakeallaspectsInvestmentAdministrationrelatingtoclientscashtransfersandassettransfers,ensuringtofollowalldepartmentsproceduresandcontrols. TheClientServicesAssociateistocompletedaily/weekly/monthlyandyearlychecksaswellasmanagingbothinternalandexternaltransfers,inandoutofthefirm. TheClientServicesAssociatewillinvestigateandresolveanyfailedorunmatchedtransfersensuringthetimelysettlementofalltransferactivities,whilstprovidingaccuratevaluationinformationtoInvestmentManagerstoassistwiththeefficienttransitionofclientassets. TheClientServicesAssociatewillbeexpectedtododailyreconciliationsofsettled/unsettledtrades,liaisingwithexternalcustodiansandcounterpartiesregardinganyfailingorunmatchedtransactions TheClientServicesAssociatewillbeexpectedtokeepuptodatewithallchangeswithintheindustrywhichwouldbefoundrelevanttothedepartmentandsuggestprocessenhancementsandgetinvolvedinprojectswhererequired.
