The Company: Our Client is a high quality and successful wealth management company. The Client Advisor Assistant will provide support to a team of high performing Relationship Managers to ensure that the client receives first class service. The Client Advisor Assistant will be working with Relationship Managers and efficiently executing client facing tasks, processing transactions and responding to client queries.
Duties will include:
- Account onboarding
- Processing of trades and payments
- Cash deposit and loan management
- Security transfers
- Valuation reporting
The Client Advisor Assistant will provide Wealth Management support, completing organisational and private client related tasks accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner, assisting with and responding to client enquiries and providing support at client meetings where appropriate. The Client Advisor Assistant must have some administrative or operational support experience within wealth management or Private Banking.
The Candidate:
- 2 - 3 years front office Private Banking, Private Client Administration or Investment Management support experience in a private banking / private client wealth management environment
- Ambitious and driven
- IAD - part way through or already achieved
- Ideally ability to trade on portfolios - execution only
- Client Account Opening, transfers, payments experience
The individual must be pro-active, have common sense, and be motivated. Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products. Deals with all matters promptly, professionally and accurately without being reminded.
