The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who has some Wealth Planning Administration or Client Services Administration experience and is keen to pursue a client administrative role within the Financial Services sector - a Wealth Management company. A recent graduate who can demonstrate an interest in Wealth Management would also be considered. The Financial Services Administrator role will suit a highly process-driven individual with 1-3 years experience in Financial Services Administration - ideally wealth management or financial planning.
The Financial Services Administrator will provide a high level of administrative support to a team of Wealth Planners and their clients, preparing new account paperwork and Letters of Authority for signing, Fund Switches and Transfer Instructions. The Financial Services Administrator will manage the team diary, room bookings, Outlook invitations and invitations to client events. The Financial Services Administrator will manage client queries and attend client meetings on occasion to take notes and follow up on actions. The Financial Services Administrator will also have the opportunity to learn the client systems including Intelligent Office.
The Candidate:
- 1-2 years minimum experience within a similar Administration or Client Admin support role within Financial Services.
- OR a recent graduate interested to work with Wealth Planning.
- A real interest to work in the wealth management sector.
- Excellent attention to detail, and capable of working to fixed deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, and a team player.
- Proficient in IT skills and competent in the use of MS Office software.
