Financial Planning Trainee, Graduate, Wealth Management

The Company Our client is an independent and high quality Wealth Manager, looking after HNW private client investment portfolios. The Role The Financial Planning Trainee role is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate who is keen to gain exposure within Wealth Planning and Client Management. The successful candidate will be keen to support a team of Wealth Planner's, learning and having exposure to Financial Planning Products. This role would suit an enthusiastic and highly motivated graduate with a strong interest to work within Wealth Planning longer term. The Financial Planning Trainee will prepare and submit CDD and new account paperwork for client onboarding, following the Companys AML process and procedures Arrange client meetings, valuations, meeting packs and manage the Wealth Planners diaries. The Financial Planning Trainee will be a first contact point for clients to handle general queries, escalating complex queries to the Planner, adapting your approach for clients in vulnerable circumstances Prepare letters of authority for signing and client application forms in line with suitability report recommendations, ensuring they are actioned when returned by the client within business agreed timeframes and with accuracy. The Candidate 2.1 Minimum degree - Economics, Finance or Investment graduate highly advantageous. A keen interest in Wealth Planning and keen to sit Financial Planning exams.
