The Client: A highly regarded boutique Investment Management Company.
The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity to support a Wealth Manager and Partner in the management of private client portfolios with longer term potential to have their own client base. The Wealth Management Executive will deliver an exceptional level of service to clients and will assist the Senior Wealth Manager by carrying out all communications in a professional and courteous manner. The Wealth Management Executive will collate all necessary documentation for client meetings and will maintain client records. The Wealth Management Executive will liaise with platforms and service providers and prepare recommendation letters based on information provided by the Senior Wealth Manager. The Wealth Management Executive will provide a comprehensive financial planning administration service to support the Wealth Manager throughout the client onboarding process and maintain ongoing client relationships. The Wealth Management Executive will prepare rebalance sheets for client portfolios and place trades for the Wealth Manager and will interact with clients to obtain information to create cashflow plans in preparation of meetings and chase for documentation. The Wealth Management Executive will produce high-quality and professional client-friendly reports.
The Candidate:
- 2 years’ minimum experience in Wealth Management
- Investment Advice Diploma qualified – OR working towards if not already completed.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to research and package information for the team and clients.
- Assertive with great initiative and with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player, highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectively.
