The Company
An established and widely known Wealth Management firm servicing Investment Management needs to High-Net-Worth Clients.
The Role
The Team Assistant will sit within the CIO team and will support the Investment Research team from a PA / Team Administration perspective. The Team Assistant will act as secretary to all investment committees where required and ensure consistency of agendas and minutes. The Team Assistant will chase action points, organise Investment committee meetings to minimise clashes and rescheduling. Will process documentation and work closely with the CIO, organise meetings with fund management groups and companies. Ensure correct internal constituencies are notified and participate, maintain register of meetings (historic and future). Engage where required, organise and own the investment process output to elsewhere to the Wealth Management company in conjunction with the wider CIO team, liaising with senior colleagues to ensure relevance, timeliness and consistency. Ensure timely maintenance of investment notes, populate with minutes, committee pages, list changes of performance, producing daily spreadsheet-based communications.
The Candidate
- 1-2 years Team Administration / Team support experience within a Financial Services setting – Investment Management would be ideal.
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint experience; advanced database software such as Visual Basic, MS Access and Power BI would be highly beneficial.
- Able to respond respectfully but forcefully to senior colleagues.
