The Wealth Management Business Delivery Manager is a Senior Leadership role suited to someone who excels at driving sales performance through people and Financial Advice business. The Wealth Management Business Delivery Manager will play a pivotal role in commercial delivery within a fast‑moving, acquisitive environment, working with Financial Planners and Wealth Managers across the South.

This is a commercial, coaching and performance‑leadership role. The Wealth Management Business Delivery Manager will protect and grow Assets Under Advice and reduce outflows through targeted retention initiatives. They will drive organic growth through disciplined pipeline management, proactive review activity and strong commercial focus.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Rollout and adoption of the Centralised Investment Proposition (CIP).
  • Communicate value clearly and support advisers with client transitions.
  • Unlock meaningful revenue synergies through consistent proposition alignment.
  • Lead delivery of a structured fee harmonisation strategy across adviser teams.
  • Support advisers with value‑based client messaging and compliant communication.
  • Track progress, remove blockers, and keep momentum high.
  • Create a culture grounded in excellence, accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure advisers understand and apply the firm’s core proposition.
  • Maintain strong internal relationships to ensure smooth movement of client work through the advice process.
  • Promote collaboration and identify cross‑referral opportunities across the wider group.
  • Work closely with T&C to ensure advisers meet KPIs and conduct standards.
  • Promote strong client outcomes, ethical behaviours and risk awareness.
  • Build a safe, open environment where advisers feel comfortable challenging practices and recommending improvements.
  • Support and lead business development campaigns.
  • Drive performance uplift and integration across newly acquired adviser teams.
  • Lead or contribute to regional and firm‑wide strategic projects to improve client experience, commercial efficiency and proposition adoption.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A senior background in Wealth Management or financial planning — e.g. Regional Manager, Business Manager, Area Manager or similar.
  • Excellent coaching skills with experience driving adviser performance.
  • Strong influencer and people‑leader with a proven track record of commercial delivery.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to convert MI into meaningful actions.
  • Experience supporting advisers through change, growth and integration.
  • Skills in performance management, target setting and development planning.
  • A solid understanding of financial planning operations and the advice process.
